When a user browses licensed e-resources on campus, the extension will not show Access Possible pop-ups or redirect the user automatically to the authentication page by default.
However, if you wish to change this default setting and have on-campus users get authenticated via the Extension, please follow the below steps to enable this option.
1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > General Network Settings
2: Switch off the Suppress pop-ups for on-campus patrons box to enable the Access possible popup for on-campus users
3: Please make sure to press the Save changes button to apply the changes
