If you encountered a pop-up "Full-text Achieved", this means you are on a full-text location. However, you might still need to be logged in before seeing the full text.
Why am I seeing a "Full Text Achieved" pop-up rather than an authentication pop-up?
This pop-up appears when you are in a full-text location. However, you will not be shown an authentication popup, due to the domain not being listed on the library's e-resource list on the Lean Library dashboard.
What can I do as a dashboard administrator?
If you have authentication set up with Lean Library, we would highly recommend you add the domain to your e-resource list. Once the domain is added, the authentication pop-up will appear first, this will take your patrons to log in via the library to see the full text.
What can I do as an extension user?
If you are an extension user, the best solution is to log in directly via the publisher's website by using the institutional login route. Once you have logged in, going back to the journal article, you should be able to see the full text.
You can also make your librarians aware of the issue and share this article with them, so they can get this troubleshoot for you.
