User account
To access your tickets and to see what tickets others at your organisation have raised you will need to create a user account using your university email address.
Navigation
Under the menu bar you will find some quick links to our Status Page, Downloading the extension, Accessing your Dashboard and a link to our Ideas Forum.
Raising a ticket
In the old system you used the chat widget and all communications were managed through there, the new system allows you to raise a ticket in three ways:
- By email - support@leanlibrary.com
- Via the widget in the Lean Library dashboard
- Clicking on the "Raise a ticket" option in the nav bar in this knowledge base - this will open up a form where you can enter in your problem/issue with any screenshots or attachments - this will then be sent to our support desk and ongoing updates will come to your inbox
- You can also view all the tickets that are raised by your organisation - this is great if someone is away or you just want to monitor what is raise, this article will tell you more

All articles are within sections on the Knowledge Base you can search using the search box on the main page or by using the search page at the top of any article page. If you can't find an article that you used to refer to then do raise a ticket and let us know and we can locate for you.
