Once the campaign is up and running, you can view the statistics of each campaign in the dashboard.
To see the statistics, please click into the Campaign Name in the NPS Campaigns setting page:
The statistic page will provide you with insightful data on your patrons' responses. Statistics will include the total views of the NPS questions, number of responses. Depending on these responses, we will provide the average score for this campaign.
View NPS results by month
The NPS scores is displayed per Resource per month. However, you can compare the data by select multi-month results, by clicking Filter Result then follow by Compare by month:
