How to set up Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

It is very simple to set up the NPS tool on the Lean Library dashboard. Please see the below steps to find out how to set up your NPS tool.

1. Please open your Lean Library Futures dashboard and navigate yourself to the NPS tool. Press Questionnaire.

   

2. This will open up Questionnaire setting page, please click New Questionnaire and fill in the question, then click Save:

   

3. After you have saved the question, please head to Campaign and click New Campaign:

   

4. When creating a new Campaign, please specify your requirements on the Campaign location, Target, Value & Period. Please fill in the information as per your requirement to obtain the NPS statistics.

   For example, If you have selected the Target Value as 10, patrons will be picked randomly and be showed the question(s) until 10 responses have been received successfully during the target period.

   You can run the campaign on multiple Resources. If your target Campagin location is not currently saved as a Resource, please read this article to find out how to add a Resource to the dashboard.
