Normally, when a student looks for the Library's help centre or support portal, they will need to navigate through the University's or the Library's websites. However, with the FAQ tool from Workflow for LibGuides, you will be able to surface the FAQ content directly to them, when they arrive at a publisher website.
How to save FAQ content to the dashboard?
The first step of setting up the FAQ tool, please be sure to add the Resource you wanted the FAQ content to appear. Please click here to see how to create an Resource in the dashboard.
Once the Resource is set up, the next step is to add the FAQ content. Please follow these steps to set up the FAQ tool.

Go to the dashboard, then click Lean Library Futures

Please click FAQs, then go to Content. Please click to add New FAQ

When setting up a new FAQ, you can choose between iFrame, Link or HTML content
How to set up iFrame content?
To set up iFrame content, you will be required to input a FAQ title and the FAQ iFrame link.
How to set up Link content?
To set up Link content, you will be required to input a FAQ title and the FAQ link.
How to create HTML content?
To set up HTML content, you will be required to input a FAQ title and the FAQ HTML Content.
How to set-up FAQ content to a Resource?
Now that you have both the content and the Resource added to the dashboard, it is only a matter of combining these together in order to successfully set up the FAQ tool. Please follow the steps below to see how you can combine these two.

Please click FAQs, then go to Setup. Please click to add New FAQ Setup

When you've selected "New FAQ Setup" you have the option to choose a General setup or a Specific URL.
How to do the General setup?
With General setup, you will need to select the Content, Resource and the date you want the survey to show from and to.
How to do Specific URL setup?
With Specific URL setup, you can set up the FAQs on a specific URL by inputting the Trigger URL, enable or disable the option for your survey to Show on all sub pages, select your Content, the date you want the survey to show from and to, the Frequency and if you want the survey to be Available in the quick menu.
