Wild card can be added to the Blocked Domain setting, so it can increase the coverage of the Blocked Domain:
Wild cards in the URL path
If you wish to blocked everything in the example1 for the www.example.com/example1/something/path URL, you can simply use a wildcard as shown below.
For example, www.example.com/example1/*
If you use the wild card as shown here, everything under example1 will be automatically blocked for the specific action you chose.
Wild cards in sub domain
If you wish to block all the sub domains of example.com. You can use the wild card as shown below.
For example, *.example.com
If you use the wild card as shown here, the rule will apply for all the sub domains of example.com i.e. www.example.com, online.example.com, or any other subdomain.
