You can set up a direct link to your library's contact information (service desk) on specific locations to provide support for your users along with the other features in the onboarding tool. This feature can only be configured as a redirection link to the library's service desk page.
As the first step of setting up the Service Desk tool, You need to add the Resource you would like to assign your contact information. Please click here to see how to create a Resource in the dashboard.

On the dashboard, please go to Lean Library Futures > Service Desk > Content > New Service Desk

You will then enter the Service desk name and Service desk URL

Now that you have both the Resource and Content on the dashboard, the next step is to combine these together to successfully set up the Service Desk tool.
To combine them, please go to Lean Library Futures > Service Desk > Setup> New Service Desk Setup

When you've selected "New Service Desk Setup" you have the option to choose a General setup or a Specific URL.
With General setup, you will select which Resource to integration the Service Desk with:With Specific URL, you would need to enter a Trigger URL, chose for this to Show on a subpages and lastly select the Integration you set up
Once you click Save, the set up of the Service Desk tool is complete and it will reflect on the extension:
