Workflow for LibGuides is a useful tool that will provide the required support for your patrons in specific locations.
There are often research guidelines/tutorials were prepared by the librarians, but these information are not easily discoverable by the patrons, unless they go look for it. This is how Workflow for LibGuides come into handy for a patron's research journey.
Below are the tools and features that come together with Workflow for LibGuides. Once set up, these tools will appear at a sidebar menu. It will become an one-stop location for patrons to access all the neccessary research supports from the library:

Onboarding
With Onboarding tool, you can set up a specific LibGuide/Research Tutorial to appear as iFrames or Content at a specific website. For example, a Google Scholar research LibGuide to appear at Google Scholar website:

Service Desk
If you have a digital Service Desk at your library website, you can add this direct link to a specific location to provide support.

FAQs feature
You can create a set of FAQs and link them to any specific location for your patrons to access swiftly and easily. For example, below are a set of FAQs that were added to Google Scholar:

Survey
You can set up Surveys for specific locations to get feedback from your patrons, for example, if you would like to gather detailed feedback for a specific resource.

Library Chat
With the Library Chat integration, you can set up your specific chat services to be assigned to specific URLs. For example, you can add Library Chat to Google Scholar, so your patrons can easily reach out at a publisher's website.
