Setting up Automatic Import will help to keep your database up to date.

Depending on your proxy setting: EZproxy or RemoteXs Proxy, we support different ways of automatic import:

EZproxy Status Page integration
importing the config file through URL
importing the config file through FTP

Setting up the EZproxy status page integration

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import
2: Select Proxy status page from the drop-down menu, and add the Hostname, Username, and Password > then Save changes

Import through a URL:

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import

2: Select URL from the drop-down menu, and add the URL of the config.txt file > press Save changes

Import through FTP:

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import
2: Select FTP from the drop-down menu, and add the Hostname, Filepath, Username, and Password > press Save changes

Import through SFTP with password:

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import
2: Select SFTP with password from the drop-down menu, and add the Hostname, Filepath, Username, and Password > press Save changes

Import through SFTP with private key:

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import
2: Select SFTP with private key from the drop-down menu, and add the Hostname, Filepath, Username, and Private key > press Save changes

Setting up the RemoteXs Proxy status page integration

With RemoteXs Proxy, you can set up automatic import via URL.

1: In the Lean Library Dashboard, select Access Settings > Proxy Settings > Import
2: Select URL from the drop-down menu, and add the URL of the file > then Save changes
